How to read a live record in two minutes
1. How long has it run?
Months are not years. Gold has quiet months and violent ones. A record under a year has not seen many bad weeks yet.
2. How deep did it fall?
Look at drawdown by balance and by equity. Equity counts open losing trades, so it shows the pain you would have sat through.
3. Was money added or taken out?
Deposits during a losing stretch can hide a near wipe-out. Check the deposit and withdrawal list on the record.
