User Agreement

This agreement applies when you create or use an Investezo account, or send an idea.
1. Who we are
"Investezo", "we" and "us" mean investezo.com and the team that runs it. "You" means anyone who creates or uses an account, or sends an idea. Contact: [email protected].
2. Your account
The account is free. You must be 16 or older. Use an email address that you own, and keep one account per person. Keep your password, authenticator app, and backup codes safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you think someone else accessed your account, use "Sign out everywhere", change your password, and contact us.
3. Ideas you send
Send only your own ideas or ideas you are free to share. Do not send other people's secrets or personal details. You give us a free, worldwide and permanent licence to use, change, build, publish and sell anything made from your idea, and to show a short summary of it. You keep any existing rights. We do not have to build any idea. If an idea makes money, the Idea share rules apply.
4. Your name and words
Your public name must not contain links, contact details, promotion or offensive words. We may remove or change it. Your own words are shown only to you.
5. Fair use
Do not use Investezo to break the law, send spam, attack or overload the site, access other people's accounts, scrape it with bots, or impersonate others. We may block accounts that do this.
6. No advice
Investezo is for research and education. Nothing on it is investment advice or an offer of a financial product. Tools, data and AI answers can be wrong; they are provided "as is", without any warranty. Trading is risky and you can lose all the money you put in. Past results do not predict future results. See Risk.
7. Records we keep
When you accept this agreement, we record its version, the date and time, and your IP address. For each sign-in, and each failed try, we record the date and time, your IP address, your device type and how you signed in. You can see your recent sign-ins under "Activity" on the My desk page. We keep these records while your account exists and for 12 months after it is closed, to protect your account and to settle disputes. More in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, its tools or its ideas, or from your trading decisions. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using Investezo at any time. To delete your account, write to us from your account email. We may close an account that breaks this agreement.
10. Changes
The version and date at the top show the latest version. It replaces all earlier versions. If the agreement changes, we will ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. If you do not accept it, please stop using your account.
11. Law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it together, then through mediation, before any legal action.
